Rent is DUE no later then the 5th of each month, there will be a late fee of $50.00 on the 6 day.  All payments made online. 

Pets are welcome with a one time fee of $350 non- refundable (only two pets per home)

INCOME VERIFICATION

Proof of current income is required. The following may be used; two most recent, consecutive pay stubs; bank account statements within 30days; signed offer letter on company letterhead;  written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions or tips.
